We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Project Manager to work directly with our
CEO, gaining hands-on experience in every facet of the business with an emphasis on social
media, content planning, partnerships and events. You’ll learn by doing and taking ownership of projects while observing and participating in high-level decision-making.
The ideal candidate is an early-career professional with a strong interest in entrepreneurship
and a genuine curiosity about how successful companies operate. Ideally, you have started a
business of some kind in the past. It could be as simple as a childhood lemonade stand, a side
gig in college, or a product or service venture after graduation. The ideal candidate is also fluent
in social media and very comfortable staying on top of the latest social trends, formats and
platforms.
You will spend most of your time at the showroom in Santa Barbara, CA with occasional work at
the manufacturing facility in Oxnard, CA.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute projects across multiple departments, including social media
marketing, content planning & execution, event-planning, partnerships and customer service.
- Shadow the CEO to learn the strategic and operational aspects of Bolwus.
- Take on special assignments and problem-solve in real time as priorities
Qualifications
- Project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with project management tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, task management platforms, CRM systems).
- Degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field.

- Ability to travel as needed and sometimes with minimal notice.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. Valid driver’s license.
Compensation
- $28-32 per hour depending on experience.
- Health, PTO and 401K benefits after a 90 day probationary period.
